HOUSEKEEPING DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role, preferably in a Skilled Nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and senior management.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to housekeeping operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
