HOUSEKEEPING DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role, preferably in a Skilled Nursing facility.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and senior management.
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to housekeeping operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
