Position Summary
Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm, is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our dynamic team in Nashville, TN.
Vertis Green Hills is offering an exciting opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who is passionate about providing world class customer service. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills with a flawless attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work independently.
Vertis Green Hills is an amenity-filled, Class A++, luxury, high rise, rental property located in Nashville, TN. The unique asset is an 18-story property and includes apartment units with a mixed-use retail component.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Cleaning common areas, resident apartments, and guest suites as scheduled
Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies (16 oz. wet mops, small wringers, dusters, household-type vacuums, other necessary supplies)
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, and carry multiple projects through to completion.
Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for further clarification when necessary.
Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints, as well as the ability to deal with frequent interruptions, unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Ability to lift/move 15 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally
Ability to anticipate housekeeping needs of the property
Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years practical experience
Fair Housing training
