We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented home bookkeeper to assist with financial management needs. The ideal candidate must have experience with QuickBooks and be comfortable working independently
Part-time = 4-5 hours per week.
$25/hour
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare financial reports as needed
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations
Requirements
Proven experience with QuickBooks
2+ years' experience in Accounting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel/Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
