As a Healthcare Recruiter at Matrix Providers, you will play a vital role in identifying and interviewing top Healthcare professionals with specialized skills. Your success will be measured by presenting qualified candidates promptly, reducing time-to-fill, and improving retention rates. You will work remotely from your own home office, reporting to the Deputy Talent Acquisitions Manager.
What We Look For
- A minimum of three years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting, preferably in high volume, Government, or Agency Recruiting.
- Demonstrated passion, innovation, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Review, evaluate, and interview candidates based on contract requirements.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to communicate recruiting strategies effectively.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social networking, and referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing thorough communication and timely feedback.
- Adept at using different ATSs/CRMs, scheduling applications, and the MS Office suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building skills through various communication channels.
