Job Description
As a Healthcare Recruiter at Matrix Providers, you will play a vital role in identifying and interviewing top Healthcare professionals with specialized skills. Your success will be measured by presenting qualified candidates promptly, reducing time-to-fill, and improving retention rates. You will work remotely from your own home office, reporting to the Deputy Talent Acquisitions Manager.
What We Look For
A minimum of three years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting, preferably in high volume, Government, or Agency Recruiting.
Demonstrated passion, innovation, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and interview candidates based on contract requirements.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to communicate recruiting strategies effectively.
Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social networking, and referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing thorough communication and timely feedback.
Qualifications
Adept at using different ATSs/CRMs, scheduling applications, and the MS Office suite.
Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and deadlines.
Strong relationship-building skills through various communication channels.
