Position Summary: Health Concierge at Aetna

As a Health Concierge at Aetna, you will serve as the face of the company, delivering personalized services based on a holistic understanding of each member's needs, benefits, and health information. Through various channels like phone, internet, web-chat, or written communication, you will address inquiries and concerns, guiding members towards optimal care pathways. By fostering emotional connections and anticipating member needs, you play a pivotal role in enhancing their overall experience with Aetna.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive customer support tailored to individual preferences
• Educating members on benefit plans, tools, and available resources
• Resolving inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to address service issues and enhance overall customer experience
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Pay Range: $19.00 - $29.30 per hour
