Your Role

As a Partner Relationship Manager reporting to the Head of Channel Partnerships in the Health and Benefits Division, you will play a crucial role in managing business relationships with recordkeepers, consultants, and other channel partners. You'll collaborate closely with the Managing Director to onboard large opportunities and maintain institutional relationships, aiming to expand and enhance these partnerships. Your responsibilities will include strategic relationship management, project coordination, client communications, and collaboration with internal teams such as Legal, Operations, Technology, Sales Managers, and Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

Manage institutional relationships and develop strategic plans to foster growth

Coordinate the onboarding process for new large relationships

Facilitate communication internally and externally regarding client deliverables

Organize and participate in client meetings and conference calls to assess needs and implement project plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Legal, Operations, and Client Service

Participate in internal meetings to define tasks, design project plans, and ensure timely execution

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in account management or partner relationship management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

Prior Experience In IRAs And/or Retirement Plan Industry Preferred

Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills with a client-centric approach
