Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a nationwide Senior Living Organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Health and Wellness Director opportunity near Margate, FL.
Position: Health and Wellness Director
Health and Wellness Director Location: Margate, FL
Health and Wellness Director Schedule: M-F Normal Business Hours
Health and Wellness Director Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in Assisted Living required.
Memory care experience preferred.
Experience in a managerial role required.
Must have required licensure/ credentialing.
Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
Maintain any other certification as required by state or provincial regulations.
Health and Wellness Director Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily administration of the organization by implementing policies, procedures, and programs.
Drafts and implements performance standards; conducts performance reviews for senior leadership.
Complete oversight of all aspects resident care, programming, staffing and facilities maintenance and fiscal management.
Ensuring that operation is at all times in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Enforcing safe and fiscally responsible admission and retention policies.
Keeping operation within monthly budget.
Plan and coordinate health services.
Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs.
Establish and enforce policies and procedures.
