Head of Strategy

Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and strategic-minded Head of Strategy to lead our organization’s strategic planning and execution efforts. The Head of Strategy will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and competitive advantage through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Development:
• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan in alignment with its mission, vision, and goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Business Analysis and Forecasting:
• Analyze internal and external data to assess business performance, market dynamics, and strategic risks.
• Develop financial models and projections to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Strategic Initiative Management:
• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines for strategic initiatives.
• Change Management and Implementation:
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and make adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
• Communicate strategic priorities, progress, and outcomes to senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
• Build consensus and alignment around strategic objectives through effective communication and engagement.
• Innovation and Growth Strategy:
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to drive new business opportunities and competitive differentiation.
• Explore partnerships, alliances, and new market entry strategies to expand organizational reach and impact.
• Performance Monitoring and KPI Management:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress towards strategic goals.

Skills And Qualifications
