Head of Project Management Center of Excellence (PM CoE)

The Role

The Project Management Center of Excellence (PM CoE) leader is responsible for leading and managing the PM CoE. This role focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery across the company, grow project management capability and nurture next generation of project manager within organization.

• Define the vision and strategy for the PM CoE, aligning it with overall organizational goals.
• Develop and implement PM career development roadmap for project managers and next generation of project managers.
• Identify and implement project management tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to project managers in projects to make sure delivery excellence.
• Develop and maintain knowledge repositories and resources for project management practices. Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of the PM CoE and project management practices.
• Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously refine and update the PM CoE framework based on best practices and industry trends.
• Directly manage large/complex projects/programs.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Extensive experience in project management, ideally with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement PM Career Development roadmap.
• Proven analytical skills and experience with project management data
