The Role

CodeSignal is looking for a Head of Partnerships to help drive CodeSignals continual growth. The role will lead the end- to -end partnership strategy and be a leader of one of the company's most strategic initiatives in driving the partnership ecosystem. There is an amazing foundation already in place in the partnership strategy and in this role, you will be able to build an even more impactful partnership strategy that will set CodeSignall up for its next phase in our already successful growth trajectory.

Day-to-Day

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Craft and implement a comprehensive, multi-phase partnerships strategy that aligns with CodeSignal's overarching business goals. Collaborate closely with CodeSignal's executive team and key leaders across the recruiting and learning industries.
  • Expand Technology Ecosystem: Work with the Product team to identify and prioritize partner integrations that enhance our technology ecosystem and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Drive Growth and Revenue: Forge and nurture strategic relationships with consultants, VCs, accelerators, resellers, and other key partners to generate referrals, build pipeline, and increase revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
  • Market and Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively uncover new partnership opportunities.
  • Goal Setting and Achievement: Set ambitious short-term and long-term goals, leveraging creativity and speed to achieve them.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or related fields.
  • Track Record: Proven success in developing and scaling early-stage partner programs within startup environments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to own and drive partner strategies from inception to execution.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical background, with experience leading product demos and managing integration discussions with internal and external product teams.
  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to engage and negotiate with senior external stakeholders to close deals.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with a builder's mindset, adept at finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proactivity: Strong drive and initiative to achieve objectives and deliver results.

Bonus Points

  • Industry Experience: Experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or HR technology companies.
  • Scaling Expertise: Proven ability to scale partnership strategies within a startup environment.
  • Diverse Experience: Experience working in both startup and large company environments, with a robust professional network to support partnership initiatives.

Salary Range

The annual salary range for this role is $172,200-$215,000 in addition to equity & benefits.
