Gillham Golbeck & Associates has been retained to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales & Account Management Leader with CRE industry expertise to spearhead the company’s high-performance teams. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership, mentorship and enablement to high-caliber Sales and Account Management teams, fostering an environment of operational excellence
Refine and optimize a best-in-class sales cycle and client lifecycle management process to maximize revenue growth and customer success
Develop and coach top sales and account management talent, creating a high-performance revenue culture laser-focused on target attainment
Leverage sales forecasting expertise to accurately predict revenue metrics and pipeline performance, ensuring transparency with executive stakeholders
Innovate and evangelize winning sales methodologies, playbooks and technology tools across the entire client lifecycle
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Finance counterparts on product launches, positioning and go-to-market strategy
Serve as the "voice of the customer" by providing market and competitive intelligence to the executive team to shape strategic roadmaps
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record leading successful sales and account management organizations in enterprise SaaS environments, with expertise in the Commercial Real Estate and PropTech verticals
Exceptional communication abilities with strength in executive presentations, negotiations and thought leadership
Demonstrated success in building, coaching and inspiring top-performing sales teams to exceed targets
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative culture and rapidly evolving market landscape
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
