Head of Clinical Operations (Executive Director)

RBW has partnered with an established, global biopharmaceutical company with a robust pipeline of clinical and preclinical assets to identify their next Executive Director, Clinical Operations. This is a REMOTE position open to US-based employees.

Our client is looking to build out their Clinical team to support their rapidly growing US presence. With the financial stability provided by multiple approved assets and a parent organization, this organization provides a unique mix of a fast-paced, start-up environment, as you look to build out the Clinical Operations function here in the US, supported by the stability of a well-established global company. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a wide variety of drugs and biologics across several therapeutic areas.

As the Head of Clinical Operations, you will partner closely with senior leadership to strategize, lead, and oversee the execution of the company’s global clinical programs. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, leading and executing the company’s clinical development plan, CRO selection and oversight, contract & budget management, and SOP development. You will also be asked to assess, adjust, and provide leadership to the Clinical Operations function.

Candidates should demonstrate significant previous leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector, with prior expertise managing global clinical programs. A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
