Metrics Recruitment is seeking a skilled Business Development Head to spearhead efforts in capital attraction and project expansion for a company that is popularizing staking and attracting over one billion users to the staking ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both TradFi and DeFi. You will help capitalize on one of the highest concentrations of transactions to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive capital attraction and project expansion.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and developers within the ecosystem.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in both traditional finance and decentralized finance sectors.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business development effort with overall company objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory development to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry.
Deep understanding of both traditional finance and decentralized finance concepts, with hands-on experience in DeFi projects and protocols preferred
Strong network within the US financial ecosystem, with a track record of successfully attracting capital and forging strategic partnerships.
