Charlotte Latin School is seeking a Head JV Coach for our 2024 Season running from August through October.

Key Duties And Responsibilities Include

  • Plan and run practices and manage player feedback
  • Assist with organization of tryouts
  • Make decisions about system to run, player positions and playing time
  • Communicate with parents and players
  • Manage uniform and team equipment
  • Post game results to website and manage team webpage

Qualifications

  • Coaching experience with a school team or club team
  • Assistant coaching experience or high level playing experience in college
  • Experience with or willingness to learn the Gold Medal Squared system of teaching volleyball (Gold Medal team camp training provided)
  • A positive, upbeat coaching style
  • After school availability starting at 3:30 PM for practices and games from August through October
