• Presentation skills and being able to share complex information w/ employees who are not working through the implementation, but need to be updated as it will affect their day-to-day work.
Day to day responsibilities:
• The contractors are going to be imbedded in teams.
• Responsible for interviews, creating business process maps, contributing to the teams and providing feedback.
• Process documentation
• Identifying requirements for new or existing business processes and technologies
• Leveraging concepts such as prototyping, demonstrations, focus groups, pilots, workflows, surveys, risk assessments and customer scenarios to ensure the successful creation and adoption of process and technology improvements.
• Agile Methodology will be used for implementation, so these Process Consultants will be diagramming end to end design and owning the process designs.
• Collaboration - across the organization to achieve business goals
• Degrees or certifications required/Years of overall experience required:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, Sales, HR) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a process design/redesign role.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience in a process design/redesign or technical role.
