As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will develop your career by overseeing all aspects of the Guest Services Department, leading an engaged team. Finding fulfillment in supporting and guiding your Heartists in delivering luxurious and quality experiences for our guests. From the moment they arrive through their departure, you ensure your Heartists are anticipating guests’ needs and finding excitement in making their stays even more special.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

A service focused personality with experience of working in a customer related role. Excellent communication skills and professional presentation. A collaborative personality that plays well with others. Ability to lead with your heart and find creative solutions. Experience working with Opera or a related point of sales system would be an asset.
