Our large crypto company is looking for a contract Growth Producer. This is a fully remote role.
As a contract Growth Producer inthe client's Creative Studio, you are at the forefront of the most dynamic space in creative marketing. The team operates at the intersection of crypto, web3, art, culture, community, technology, and finance. Partnered with the Growth Creative Lead, GTM Production Lead, and collaborating closely with Product/Growth Marketing stakeholders, your remit is to embrace every opportunity to define, refine, reinvent, and introduce the client brand and our products through Performance Marketing design and motion assets.
You’ll be at the center of the action, alongside the Growth Creative Lead, collaborating with Product Marketing to ensure briefs are clear and fully thought out to enable the creation of work to exceed expectations of those briefs. You will continue to build structure around the development of the work with both our internal growth creatives and our agency partner, Growthcurve. Often ensuring work gets laddered up to Creative Studio’s Executive Creative Director for feedback and approval and always ensuring legal approval.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Creative Studio and Product Marketing. Your organization of creatives and marketing partners will help ensure our campaigns artfully articulate the vision for the future crypto economy, and thoughtfully show how our products are differentiated from the competition. All with the goal of getting people interested in crypto and ultimately driving conversion. To do all of this well you’ll be teacher and student simultaneously, learning the evolving nuances of web3 and crypto, educating people on the principles of the technologies the community is building, and connecting our vision for increased economic freedom to the everyday lives of people all over the world.
Above all, you will be responsible for managing the delicate balance between marketing, data, and creatives - ensuring the craft and delivery of world class performance marketing creative deliverables. Up leveling the work and process at every opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily ResponsibilitiesPartner with Growth Creative Lead and GTM Production Lead to plan and prioritize projects
Embed with Marketing partner(s) and Growth Creative Lead to develop performance campaign briefs and output creative that meets and exceeds expectations
Manage the production of Performance Marketing creative assets from brief to delivery, increasing efficiencies along the way
Maintain and grow relationships with agency partners including overall management, budget tracking, creative production, and final asset review/handoff
Help facilitate reviews with Creative Leadership, Marketing Managers, Directors and VPs when necessary
