Group Product Manager

VisualDx Greater Boston

The Group Product Manager is focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. As a Group Product Manager, you will own product strategy and execution across the clinician, patient, and partner user experiences. The position will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering to develop and execute strategies aimed at optimizing user acquisition funnels, improving conversion rates, and increasing customer lifetime value. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements.

Essential Functions


Product Strategy and Discovery

  • Expert at uncovering insights from users, markets, competition, content, and the technical mechanisms at our disposal and apply it to deliver an amazing product
  • Uses data to validate and tell the product story
  • Clearly defines, documents, and communicates the forward-looking strategy and goals for the product
  • Advocates for sound architecture and product design that enable long term success for the product
  • Is curious; identifies and advocates for big bets to innovate and drive business success


Product Planning

  • Clearly document, prioritize, communicate, and execute product plans
  • Set project and epic level KPIs; deliver measurable impact against them
  • Develop and clarify the business case and requirements to make informed prioritization decisions on features and enhancements
  • Identifies areas of overlap and coordinates technical dependencies with other teams
  • Raises risks, mitigations, tradeoffs, and resource issues to leadership team
  • Works closely with leadership to communicate product plan, evaluates risk, and change management


Product Execution

  • Able to lead a dedicated team across engineering and design to execute against the product roadmap, juggling multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Owns and ensures that product roadmaps serve the business strategy and are executed on time
  • Product Delivery
  • Effectively communicates the product strategies and plans to the business to ensure success
  • Nurtures the connection between all departments to efficiently execute product initiatives from Development to Go-to-Market


Mentorship

  • Will provide guidance and mentorship to junior teammates, as well as work with the VP Of Product and other Group Product Managers to guide the overall direction of the product management group


Essential Qualifications


  • Combination of 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience, on top of additional experience working in a dynamic environment. You have experience developing/delivering, managing, and innovating on a roadmap of features with the goals of delivering measurable value to users
  • Experience with B2B and/or B2B2C products and have launched features that have driven meaningful impact to your company
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience drawing conclusions from and driving decision-making with quantitative and qualitative data. You love running experiments, working with data, and can handle making sense of data and getting to the answers that will drive us forward
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on quality, including ability and willingness to manage ambiguity and work outside of your defined role
  • Can manage a small product team and delegate responsibilities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical or healthcare fields is a plus
  • Experience with agile software development processes including Scrum
  • Experience working within a fast-paced work environment

Physical Requirements


  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Frequently required to use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Able to travel as needed



The compensation range for the Group Product Manager position is $140,000 - $175,000. VisualDx is committed to pay equity and transparency. Actual salary will be determined by work location, work experience and educational background.
