In this role, you will oversee the entire grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications to federal agencies, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all materials.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new grants, including setting up accounts, establishing budgets, and monitoring expenditures for compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports and other documentation required by federal agencies, ensuring adherence to budgetary and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current on federal regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements and facilitating audits of grant-funded activities.
  • Coordinate the closeout process for grants, preparing final financial reports and ensuring proper accounting and disposal of grant-related assets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for federal agencies and external stakeholders, collaborating with internal departments to ensure effective grant management.


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in grant administration, preferably at the federal level
  • Strong understanding of federal grant regulations, compliance requirements, and cost principles
  • Proficiency in financial management and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with federal grant management systems and working with federal agencies
  • Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) or similar certification preferred
