A closely related responsibility will be to collaborate with faculty to provide a welcoming and positive experience for prospective and admitted graduate students as they navigate the admission and enrollment process.
An important aspect of the work will involve serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and admitted graduate students and to enhance the experience of those students, with an emphasis on increasing recruitment of high-caliber graduate students, including BIPOC students, international students, and other student populations that are underrepresented in the pursuit of graduate studies.
