Salary Range: $30 hr - $40 hr

Our Service Technician III/Golf Technician is responsible for the following:

• Assembles and services all types of equipment, established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership
• Performs pre-delivery inspection on all types of equipment and other merchandise offered for sale by the dealership
• Coordinates with the Service Manager or Service Writer to establish and implement effective processes for all Turf services offered through dealership-specific service programs
• Performs basic and complex diagnostics independently and solves basic and complex technical issues
• Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required to develop skills and knowledge
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments
• Uses own tools
• Participation in on-call program
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

• 3 – 6 years of experience (or equivalent) performing service repairs
• Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery and set-up processes
• Ability to assemble machinery components and to follow manufacturer’s pre-delivery instructions
• Ability to maintain labor performance and billable hours according to Service Leaders
