Full-time Enrollment Liaison/Family Service Worker: Head Start/Early Head Start

Status: Full-time

Schedule: 7.00 Hours/Day (8:00 am-3:30 pm); Monday-Friday, 200 Days/Year

Hourly Salary: $32.65

Purpose Of Position

The Lebanon County Early Head Start/Head Start Enrollment Specialist/Family Service Worker works collaboratively with Head Start staff to ensure compliance with the Head Start Performance Standards. Specifically, this position supports standards pertaining to the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance of children and families in Early Head Start and Head Start. In addition, the Enrollment Specialist serves as a consultant for the Pre-K Counts Program and the Lebanon School District in regard to enrollment.

Additionally, the Lebanon County Enrollment Specialist/Family Service Worker will support a caseload of families in the role of Family Service Worker as needed and coordinate family and community engagement/recruitment events.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related Social Service field

Experienced Required: Experience working in social service setting is preferred
