Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
Manage all daily financial transactions
Review and maintain a balanced general ledger
Prepare financial statements by closing books monthly and annually
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Must be familiar with trial balance, inventory, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll, and taxes
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Prefer Minimum of a 2 year accounting degree with more than 5 years of experience in referenced responsibilities
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
