About the Role:
The FP&A Senior Manager will be responsible for partnering with the business team to support and drive sound financial decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced business. This role will provide accessible and digestible financial data and analyses and equip business leaders with actionable insights to guide capital allocation, budgeting, resourcing, and business case decisions. Additionally, the person in this role will drive core financial reporting and relentlessly pursue improvements to the financial forecast and long-term financial model to position the function for operating as a public company. You thrive as a strategic finance business partner.
Responsibilities
Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is $120,000-$150,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.

Responsibilities
- Build and relentlessly improve upon financial models that analyze and provide visibility into our cost structure and core operating levers, from Sales to Profit, bringing accuracy and credibility
- Well-versed in monthly close, forecast, budget, and long-range plan to run reports and analytics and help drive the business to reach strategic financial goals
- Track, review, and analyze financial data and KPI metrics with the team and draw insights from the data to action against
- Own consolidated financial reporting process, including the production of regular updates, analytics, and takeaways to finance leadership and other business stakeholders
- Prepare complex models to project the business's financial performance and to aid in fundraising presentations
- Assist with the creation of presentations to key stakeholders
- Participate in various ad-hoc financial projects
- Able to execute financial process improvements that drive automation and efficiencies
- Understanding of Balance Sheet / Cash Flow and can run financial models.
- Managing all special projects/follow-ups within the team, forward Calendar planning
- Pricing Analytics, Creative ROI, Customer negotiation modeling
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including FP&A at a publicly-listed company.
- Exceptional technical competency – able to bring structure to disparate data and build financial models to solve complex financial problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate financial concepts to operating teams and financial insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to effectively distill complex information into consumable narratives or stories and curate communications for different audiences
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, staying very nimble and flexible, while being able to parse out the "why" from the "what" and ultimately drive analyses to their logical outcomes
- Highly proficient in Excel modeling and PowerPoint
- Proactive problem-solver who is self-motivated and holds to high standards
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
