~ Working as a ResidentDistrict Manager (RDM) for Chartwells Higher Ed, you will lead a the FOOD SERVICE team at Tennessee Tech University! You will serve as our point of contact for the client as well as lead the team within the account and manage the overall operation. You will provide planning and direction within your account to achieve operational and financial goals in a dynamic environment. You will also maintain strong client relationships and work to fulfill our mission to feed campus guests.

Operates 7 days/week. Full service residential facility
Responsible for all operations in a residential restaurant
Averages 1800-2100 meals per day
Food Safety, sanitation, food presentation, records completion/mgmt., scheduling, developing, discipline are part of the position
Responsible for labor budget and shared responsibility on food cost controls
