Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Director to oversee our dining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, customer service, and food safety. Must be Bilingual in Spanish & English.
Duties:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all food service activities
- Develop menus that meet nutritional guidelines and cater to diverse tastes
- Manage food production, including ordering, preparation, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide training as needed
- Oversee catering services for special events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food service management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus
- Certification in food handling or similar field is preferred
