Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Tribeca, New York City (In-person)

Launched in April 2023, Maxwell boasts a membership of soon-to-be 700 individuals who enjoy unique amenities such as private alcohol lockers, self-service bars, and the opportunity to host dinner parties. Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the head of events to recommend and order specific alcohol inventory and coordinate with chefs and catering companies for events.
● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate delivery with suppliers.
● Develop Maxwell's bar menu and refine cocktail packages.
● Manage food for events, Friday and Saturday dinners, weekend cafes, and Sunday brunches.
● Manage tea and coffee services for weekend brunches.
● Continuously elevate Maxwell Tribeca's beverage team through training to ensure exceptional service standards.
● Learn and address members by name.
● Bartend as required.
Skills:
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
● Excellent customer service skills focused on creating positive guest experiences.
● Solid understanding of inventory control principles to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
● Previous experience in social club management or the hospitality industry preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 base salary + $10,000 bonus
