Florida Real Estate Title Education Trainer

EASTERN TITLE DIVISION

• The person selected for this position can live anywhere in Central Florida.
• This is a high travel position with many day trips by automobile; occasional overnight travel is required.
• A company car or generous auto allowance will be provided.
• Florida Title Officer licensure must be obtained, or already be in place

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of title and real estate practices unique to Florida.
• Incorporate regulatory compliance knowledge to enrich course material.
• Stay up to date with industry developments to ensure course relevance.
• Develop customized industry courses tailored to title agent and real estate professionals needs.
• Conduct courses in-person, via virtual platforms such as Zoom or GoToWebinar.
• Present confidently to diverse audiences to include title agents, realtors, attorneys, and team members of Old Republic.
• Travel within Florida, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
• Strong organizational skills for effective course scheduling coordination.
• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of monthly courses taught.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the title/real estate sector with a minimum of 40 hours of industry teaching.
• Thorough understanding of Florida's title and real estate practices.
• Strong familiarity with compliance regulations a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Adaptability in tailoring teaching methods for varied platforms and audiences.
• Skilled to create industry topic courses with power points for teaching.
