Our client is a 60-year old industry leader and hiring an FP&A Manager! This is an exciting chance to join one of the most respected companies in Augusta. We are seeking a results-driven FP&A Manager with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, coupled with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a keen business acumen and the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights to enhance the company’s financial performance. This role will play a pivotal part in providing comprehensive financial analysis and planning to support operational and financial objectives. The position will involve frequent collaboration with senior leadership and various departments including Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools.
Support the development of a 3-year strategic plan, including financial modeling and metrics analysis.
Conduct monthly performance reviews with business management, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Prepare and submit financial reports and forecasts in accordance with business requirements.
Ensure accuracy in financial analysis, including monthly results, forecasts, and long-range planning cycles.
Support management reporting for monthly operating reviews and council meetings.
Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis for business leadership.
Foster effective cross-functional relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
Strong leadership experience
Global experience, preferred
