We are recruiting a Financial Planner and Analyst for a dynamic remote opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial analysis and modeling. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and operational efficiencies across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop robust financial models to support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- Partner with operations leadership to develop accurate growth models across diverse geographic areas.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to support hiring decisions and ensure optimal staffing levels, while considering cash flow implications.
- Prepare and analyze annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and quarterly financial reports.
- Assist in fundraising activities and contribute to metric gathering and modeling efforts.
- Maintain and update planning software to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial modeling.
- Strong background in financial planning & analysis, with a focus on operations modeling and forecasting.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with NetSuite and SQL are advantageous.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
