In this role, you'll be a key player in our financial success by:
Providing insightful financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decisions.
Partnering with operations to develop accurate growth models for our expanding care team.
Contributing to the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Assisting with fundraising activities and crafting data-driven financial models.
Collaborating with department leads to track performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintaining financial planning software and ensuring data accuracy.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has a strong understanding of financial modeling and Excel.
Brings experience in financial planning & analysis, operations modeling, and forecasting.
Can communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at prioritizing tasks while meeting deadlines.
Has a passion for the healthcare industry (a plus!) and experience working in startups is a bonus.
