Field Technician

Company: Samsung (employed through third party partner Hangyang)

Position: Field Technician Level 1

Start: July 1 Latest, but could be earlier if candidate is avail.

Duration: 6 month contract with probable extensions

Pay: $20/hr flat rate - overtime available

Location: Samsung Taylor Texas

Shift: 7am-4pm M-F

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a lifetime criminal background check and full panel drug test
• MUST have experience working on a commercial scale (TARGET THE PIPEFITTER TESLA GROUP THAT JUST GOT LAID OFF)
• 1-2 yrs previous experience with piping or heavy machine handling
• OSHA 10 certified

Responsibilities:

• Conduct various on-site mechanical or plumbing installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Assist the skilled workers with handling the pipes
• Documentation: during safety meetings or team meetings they want the field techs to report on that meeting to the PM,
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
