Fiber Optic Production Operator

We make fiber-optic passive components and are looking for new team members for the production floor.

Shift: Day.

Hours: 40 hours a week.

Pay: Starting $18.29/hour.

Works Schedule: Between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with 30 minutes lunch break).

Essential Duties

• Operate equipment involved in the production of fiber-optic components.
• Assemble fiber-optic components according to specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct quality checks at various stages of the production process to ensure components meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Handle and prepare raw materials.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Record production data, inspection results, and any relevant information accurately and timely in production logs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Legal to work in the US.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
