**Feed Fat Sales and Marketing Specialist**

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Feed Fat Sales and Marketing Specialist, responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our rumen bypass feed fat products across the USA and Canada.

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Feed Fat Sales and Marketing Specialist, responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our rumen bypass feed fat products across the USA and Canada.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing new markets, introducing innovative products, and cultivating strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. You'll work closely with a dedicated team responsible for coordinating US and international shipping and supply chain logistics, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead sales and marketing activities for rumen bypass feed fats, ensuring successful execution and completion of all transactions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational targets for trading and marketing activities.
- Identify and cultivate new markets, new products, and new accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, key suppliers, and agents.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, providing valuable insights to company management.
- Collaborate effectively with the trade operations team to coordinate US and international shipping and supply chain logistics.
- Engage in significant prospecting efforts to attract new accounts and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain long-term, medium-term, and short-term action plans and account strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in dairy sales and rumen bypass fat sales.
- Proven track record of working within a large global business, with experience in both own brand and customer branding.
- In-depth knowledge of the dynamics, structure, and key players in the dairy, bypass fat, and dairy nutrition markets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong team player mindset.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and drive.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to defined standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.
- Background in dairy nutrition (preferred but not essential).
