Requirements: Experience w/ Family Law or Interest In Learning Family Law
Based in beautiful Lake Charles, LA we are a rapidly growing boutique law firm.
We specialize in criminal law, personal injury, and family law.
Over the last 2 years we have grown from 2 attorneys to 9 attorneys, 10 paralegals, 2 receptionists, a full accounting department, and a total of 28 employees.
We pride ourselves in offering the quality of services of a large firm while providing the personalized attention of a smaller firm.
Due to growth, we're looking for an Attorney with experience in:
Family Law (ideal, you'll be doing Family Law here)
Or Civil, Criminal, and/or Personal Injury law (and willing to learn Family Law)
You will be working in our Family group. We're open to training an experienced Attorney from another practice area interested in learning Family Law.
Our Family group has 3 lawyers and 2 Paralegals. 1 of our Paralegals just passed the BAR and is moving into an Associate Attorney role with us, and we like to stay at a 1:1 ratio.
You will represent clients in court cases, maintain hearings, conferences, and appearances, attend court proceedings and trials, and provide regular updates to clients on cases.
We understand there's a big range listed for compensation. We have entry level attorneys at around $70k and 15+ year attorneys at around $150k - compensation just depends on your level of experience.
