Position Overview

This product management intern will work in the Resuscitation product portfolio and help with essential duties around the launch of a key new product in the portfolio – the Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) program from the American Red Cross and AWHONN. This will include everything from helping with Go to Marketing plans and presentations to gathering and presenting market and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

• Work with Director of Product on product launch strategies for the American Red Cross Resuscitation Suite, including the launch of new NALS program
• Assist with Go-to-Market product planning and presentations
• Gather and present market and competitive intelligence in the resuscitation and life support space
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program at an accredited university
• Pursuing degrees in Product Management related studies is preferred
• Product management background and focus
• Strong interest in healthcare and technology solutions
• Strengths in gathering and presenting market and competitive intelligence
  
  

Qualifications

• Salesforce and PowerBI experience strongly preferred
• Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple levels in the organization (executives, data teams, product, marketing, sales, etc.)
