Position: Executive Operations Manager

Organization: Potential Inc (non-profit autism service organization)

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings
  • Handle communications
  • Perform administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant)
  • In-person work in Newtown, Bucks County with some travel
  • Ability to pass a background check
