We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join the BossmakeHer Client Success team as a Job Search Coach and Strategist. In this pivotal role, you will empower our executive members to own their worth and confidently navigate the job market, securing more meaningful roles. You will work closely with our members to understand their job search needs, develop strategies to achieve their goals, and foster relationships with them throughout their membership as a client manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout their membership with BossmakeHer.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' job search objectives and challenges, and collaborate with them to develop customized strategies. 
  • Lead weekly coaching sessions, providing guidance and expertise on each stage of the job search.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to offer ongoing guidance, assess satisfaction, and tailor strategies as needed.
  • Track key client metrics and insights for reporting to leadership.
  • Stay updated on job market trends to offer thought leadership and proactive guidance to the member community.
  • Address client inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues, and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, including technical support and billing inquiries.
  • Demonstrate empathy in the difficult times, while remaining a strong leader who guides our members through challenges.
  • Foster relationships with BossmakeHer coaches and our Expert Coach community, collaborating to identify industry trends and member needs, enhancing our coaching topics and service offerings accordingly.
  • Guide clients through updating their resume and LinkedIn profile in partnership with our Resume team, providing strategic insights to create a tailored, impactful brand.
  • Balance multiple priorities and wear many hats - acting as a coach in guiding clients through this journey, as an account manager to track and maintain client satisfaction, and as a thought partner to improve our offerings and services.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting with an emphasis on executive recruiting, ideally with experience in a search firm, supporting multiple corporate clients.
  • 2 years of experience in coaching/career development.
  • You are a connector, you see opportunities to bring people together at every opportunity and are excited to leverage this skill to help our member’s network themselves to land their perfect role.
  • You are passionate about working with people to problem solve, partnering to understand each member’s unique situation, and helping them to overcome obstacles to achieve success.
  • You are a compelling communicator, with proven understanding of executive-level challenges and the ability to influence this level of clientele, while building strong relationships.
  • You are a self-starter with a learning mindset, you love to learn, and are passionate about deepening your own skills to better serve our members.
  • You are comfortable with technology, and have experience using CRM tools and other technologies to manage client data.
  • You are proactive and results-driven, you collaborate well with others, but are confident and capable to achieve your targets independently.
  • You have exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • You work well in a fast paced environment, and are excited for the opportunity to roll up your sleeves to grow a startup.

Must be authorized to work in the United States

This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to convert to full-time, including benefits.
