Position Title: Project / Events Manager

Location: Kelso, WA – in office position

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: CEO

Salary: Base $60,000 - $65,000 + bonus

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of our projects.

Position Summary:

The Project Events Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects / events within scope, on time, and within budget. This role involves ensuring all aspects of the project / event align with the Chambers strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of successful project / event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proje

  • e project / events budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial control.Condu
  • ct regular status meetings with project committees and stakeholders.Stake

  • de regular updates on project / event status, addressing any issues or changes promptly.Ensur

    • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project / event documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Having a good working knowledge of Monday.com
    • Prepare and present project / event reports and presentations to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    • have 5+ years of project /events planning and projects / events execution experience.Must
    • have sponsorship sales experience.Must
    • have program sales experience.Must
    • have experience with committee management.Bache
    • lor's degree preferred but credit for work experience considered.Skill
