The Senior Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance related to an ERP consolidation project. The Senior Business Process Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design, document, and implement optimized business processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation.
• Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information, validate findings, and present recommendations.
• Utilize data analysis and process modeling tools to analyze and visualize process performance.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented process changes, making adjustments as necessary.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and other team members.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business process management.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role related to ERP consolidation project.
• Strong knowledge of business process management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and data analysis software.
• ERP experience; data mapping, data processing
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in Business Process Management (e.g., CBPA, CBPP) or related certifications is preferred.
• Experience with Merger & Acquisition integrations is strongly preferred
