Inspire U is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and dedicated Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team! Our Knoxville-based company was founded on the principles of excellent customer service and a dedication to providing our charity partners with the highest quality fundraising services. Our goal is to integrate creative marketing and fundraising tactics with their potential donor base in a novel and innovative manner in order to raise brand awareness and long-term donor loyalty.
A Customer Relations Representative's responsibilities include the following:
Directly communicate and interact with potential donors.
In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, create and direct promotional fundraising campaigns
Determine specific target markets to aid in the community promotion of our charity partners' core mission.
Develop and demonstrate leadership skills throughout the entry-level
Implement targeted marketing and sales campaigns to raise brand awareness and recognition
Support every aspect of marketing with a client-first approach to drive growth and brand loyalty
Deliver results to our clients every day and meet all of our objectives and goals
Assist the senior marketing manager with any other projects as assigned.
Customer Relations Representative Requirements and Expectations:
Although an associate's degree or some college coursework is preferred, it is not required
A year of customer service or customer-centric experience is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A team-oriented mentality
Outstanding communication skills
Adaptable and dependable
