This week, we reported our Q1 results, another strong quarter, fueled by the hard work of our team at Vivid Seats, as well as continued categorical strength. 🙏💪 2024 is off to an excellent start at Vivid Seats with strong financials and substantial progress made against key strategic initiatives. We are proud to have delivered 20% top-line growth and strong Adjusted EBITDA margins that exceeded 20%. (https://lnkd.in/gMfBeRdw) Some highlights:  ·       We saw industry demand strength continue in Q1, with fans across categories eager to see their favorite artists and teams live in person. We forecast double-digit growth on top and bottom line for 2024 and sustained compounding double-digit growth, as we capture continued live event growth in North America and expand abroad. ·       We are on track with our international expansion timeline and are on track to launch internationally by the end of the year. We continue to see favorable market conditions and believe our differentiated value proposition will be well-received by international fans. ·       We are excited to unlock Vegas.com synergies and are making great progress, as high-intent live event fans traveling to Vegas browse an even more comprehensive offering of live event listings. Our optimization efforts are ongoing, and we see great potential and multiple avenues for synergies. Overall, our Q1 results showcase the power of our core business and are a testament to our strong market position, superior and differentiated offering. 2023 was a transformational and record-breaking year for Vivid Seats, and I’m proud to share the strong year-end and Q4 results that we reported last week! If you’ve been following us over the last year, you’ve seen how we drove innovation, launched new products for both buyers and sellers, and continued to cultivate awareness and affinity for our marketplace. Since going public 10 quarters ago, we’ve successfully beaten our guidance and Wall Street every single quarter. Our recent results show how we seized on market strength while laying the foundation for our future growth. (More on that here: https://lnkd.in/grdJP7XP) Some key takeaways: ✅ Our Compelling Growth Opportunity: We are confident in our ability to deliver sustained double-digit growth through strong secular growth in North America, enhanced by international expansion and strategic M&A. ✅ Our Resonating Value Proposition: We continue to see a higher share of repeat orders as we build customer affinity for our platform through loyalty, engagement, and a differentiated experience. ✅ Our Robust Cash Flow & Capital Deployment: We generate strong cash flow and are disciplined in deploying funds through strategic M&A and share repurchases to build shareholder value. We finished 2023 growing the top and bottom line by almost 25% each – and have laid a strong foundation that will reinforce our ability to deliver sustained double-digit growth.
