Energy & Project Infrastructure Associate Attorney

We are working with a firm’s top Vault ranked Energy Group looking for an associate to join their thriving, yet growing team. You will work directly with partners on transactions early and often. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with the co-chairs of the group who are leaders within the industry on exciting matters on a consistent basis. The ideal candidate:

· Has debt finance and/or project finance and project development, with an emphasis or interest on energy and infrastructure projects

· Has excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and potential for leadership, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues

· Graduated from a T-25 law school; Top 25% from a T-50 law school
