: OnPoint is seeking an energetic, organized, committed professional to fill the position of full-time Employment Services Coordinator. As the employment services coordinator with OnPoint it will be your responsibility to promote customized employment for identified clients as part of their individual plan of service.
Pay Range/Benefit Package
Salary: starting at $53,244 annually - placement above minimum salary is based on experience.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote the philosophy that everyone, regardless of ability, can work.
Collaborate and coordinate with other community employment-based agencies and employers to provide education and necessary support to facilitate employment for identified clients.
Supervise job development and placement.
Provide job coaching, orientation, and training for identified clients in accordance with person centered planning and individual plans of service.
Build relationships and maintain consistent contact with employers and employment sites.
Review authorization requests in accordance with funding, regulatory and best practice standards.
Document services in accordance with funding, regulatory and best practice standards.
Participate in supervision and staff meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EQUIPMENT/TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE:
Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
