Duties And Responsibilities
Learn and comply with program requirements regarding client services and documentation for multiple programs, some with familiar but distinct requirements.
Deliver client services in a culturally appropriate manner.
Create and maintain files on each client per Employment/RCA/MG program requirements.
Create and maintain relationships with community employers for employment opportunities for our clients.
Seek new job opportunities for our refugee clients.
Assist RRS Case Managers with preparing files for new families, organizing existing files, preparing intake and referral forms, preparing reports and case notes, along with other administrative duties.
Qualifications
High School Diploma Required. Bachelor’s degree in education or social services or a related field preferred.
Demonstrate understanding of Refugees and Refugee Resettlement processes.
Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
