Talento Search Group has an opening for an Electrical Engineering Manager in the Omaha, Nebraska area. This is a direct-hire position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead a group of automation engineers and electrical engineers
Complete designs, verifications, and validations on products
Ensure design tasks are in line with change orders
Review and approve bills of materials, software, technical documentation, and design packages
Program PLC's
Interview, hire, and train employees
Experience Needed:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
At least 3 years of electrical engineering management experience
Experience with embedded system design, firmware, and software code creation
Experience with Altium Designer, and Eplan Electric P8
Experience with PLC's, VFD's, and industrial ethernet protocols
