Are you ready to lead and inspire a team of electrical engineers while driving innovation in the field? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to oversee our talented engineering staff and support various field and fabrication offices with design and analysis expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply a thorough knowledge of current engineering principles and practices.
• Utilize expertise to resolve crucial issues and unique conditions.
• Stay informed of new methods and developments, recommending changes as needed.
• Serve as the technical specialist in advanced concepts and methods.
• Coordinate assignments, plan and schedule documents, and manage activities for major projects or programs.
• Review operational procedures for compliance with policies and performance measures.
• Supervise all staff of electrical engineers.
• Interact with project managers, clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others.
• Lead project meetings and presentations, maintaining liaisons with related organizations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited university (MS degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer License preferred.
• In-depth experience with NFPA, IEEE, and API codes and practices.
• Knowledge of construction methods and best practices.
• Familiarity with project management terms, metrics, and procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and travel.
