Position Overview
The Education Manager plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, engaging, and timely educational programs to the bleeding disorder community. This remote position primarily operates during business hours with occasional evening commitments.
Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing needs assessments to prioritize educational programs.
Develop and deliver educational content both online and in-person to diverse patient populations.
Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Advocate for enhanced health resources and policies.
Assist in organizing educational content for annual Symposium.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ensure educational content aligns with community needs and mission.
Enhance and expand educational offerings.
Increase community engagement with programs.
Lead ongoing program evaluation and improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, Education, or related field.
1-3 years of successful experience in education or related roles.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
