Job Description
As the Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, engaging educational programs to the bleeding disorders community. This remote position requires strong knowledge of health promotion, curriculum development, and evaluation methods, coupled with a servant leadership mindset and excellent communication skills. Daytime hours are standard with occasional evening availability required.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting ongoing needs assessments to prioritize educational programs.
Developing and delivering in-person and online educational content to diverse patient populations.
Evaluating program effectiveness and implementing improvements based on data analysis.
Increasing visibility of educational resources and engaging patients in HFA programs.
Advocating for improved health policies and resources.
Assisting in planning and delivering educational content for HFA's annual Symposium.
Key Results
You will be instrumental in:
Ensuring HFA's educational programs align with community needs and organizational goals.
Expanding and enhancing educational offerings.
Broadening the reach and impact of HFA's educational initiatives.
Leading continuous improvement efforts through program evaluation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Comfort with occasional travel.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
Servant leader mentality and collaborative approach.
