Ecommerce Coordinator

Position Overview:

Lilly Lashes is looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and functionality of Lilly Lashes’ direct-to-consumer website (lillylashes.com). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Shopify Plus and a passion for ecommerce and the beauty industry. You’ll thrive in this role if you are a creative and analytical thinker, customer-focused, and hungry to learn.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and functionality of LillyLashes.com along with the brand’s Amazon store and TikTok Shop
• Update and maintain website according to ecommerce objectives, including product launches, promotions, campaigns, and evergreen content
• Manage website assets via CMS (content management system), including uploading new assets or updating existing content (banners, landing pages, etc.)
• Execute product set-up in Shopify and CMS, and consistently audit all products across the website to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, imagery, inventory, etc.
• Assist in the management of website related apps within tech stack; including but not limited to subscriptions, loyalty, refer-a-friend, reviews, etc
• Manage production schedule via Asana to ensure timely delivery of creative assets needed across all channels
• Oversee order fulfillment and partner with Operations team to ensure timely and accurate shipments while troubleshooting any issues
• Support customer service team with any website, product, order or warehouse questions and assist with returns and escalations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Operations teams to ensure the success of ecommerce objectives
• Support paid media and performance marketing efforts, as needed

Experience / Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field
• 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce role, with an understanding of ecommerce best practices, KPIs and reporting. The preferred candidate should have experience using Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Asana and content management systems
• Previous beauty or CPG (consumer packaged goods) experience is desired
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (presentation building) skills required.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both oral and written
• Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously
• Must be able to work in Frisco, Texas office

Travel and Hours:

• This is a full-time hourly position
• Hybrid role allows work from home up to 2 days per week
• Limited to no travel, maximum of 10% per year
• Legally able to work in the United States
